Payment is required at the time of your appointment.
Unfortunately, we do not accept cheques.
Podiatry is also eligible for most Health schemes and cash plans such as, Health Shield, Simply Health, BHSF and Westfield Health. For Podiatry we accept some private health insurers, but we prefer that clients pay and then claim back off the insurer. Podiatry is also eligible for most health schemes.
Sports Therapy is eligible for some health schemes. Please check with your provider that the scheme covers Podiatry or Sports Therapy,
Please check with your provider to ensure podiatry or therapy treatments are covered, and if a GP referral is required.
Let us know in advance if you’re claiming through insurance.
We kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Late cancellations or missed appointments may incur a cancellation fee, as these slots could otherwise be offered to other patients in need.
