Connie Regan

Connie graduated with a BSc (Hons) in Podiatry from the University of Brighton and began her career in the NHS in Canterbury. She has since returned to her home city of Birmingham and is a valued member of the Footsteps team.

Connie’s clinical interests include general foot maintenance, nail surgery, diabetic foot care, heel pain, verruca treatment using Swift therapy, and the prescription of insoles and orthotics. She is particularly passionate about patient education, helping individuals understand their foot health and how to manage it effectively.

Outside of work, Connie leads an active lifestyle. She plays netball, trains regularly at the gym, and enjoys promoting fitness and wellbeing to her patients as part of a healthy, balanced life.
