Sports Therapist – BSc (Hons) Sports Therapy
Jordan Aldritt
Jordan qualified with a BSc (Hons) in Sports Therapy in 2016 and has since built a diverse career across multiple sports, including women’s football, volleyball, and rugby union. Early in her career, she completed an apprenticeship with a National One rugby team, gaining valuable experience in pitch-side and injury management. For the past six years, she has combined her role at Footsteps with her work at Aston Villa Academy, supporting the development of young athletes at an elite level.
Jordan’s clinical interests focus on lower limb injuries, biomechanics, paediatric and growth-related conditions, and soft tissue release. She takes a tailored, evidence-based approach to recovery and performance, with a passion for helping people of all ages move better and feel stronger.
Outside the clinic, Jordan enjoys competing in Hyrox events, hiking through the mountains, and camping in her beloved camper van. She’s also a keen baker when time allows — a perfect balance to her active lifestyle.
