Nicky is the Clinic Manager at Footsteps, working tirelessly behind the scenes to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the practice. She oversees the clinic’s administrative operations, coordinates planning and organisation, and supports the whole team so the clinic functions seamlessly day to day.

Nicky brings a wealth of experience from a varied and diverse career. She previously worked for many years at Barclays Bank and their International division , where she developed strong customer service, organisational, and people-management skills. She also has valuable experience in the charity sector supporting a large team, where her communication skills and ability to manage busy environments were essential.

Her warm manner, attention to detail, and calm, capable approach make Nicky an integral part of the Footsteps team, helping create the friendly, professional atmosphere the clinic is known for
